Amazing staff. Special mention to Rosie who helped with any query we had and helped us make reservations where possible. The concierge staff were also incredible. I loved that they were always there to look after you and were extremely friendly. The room was amazing, very spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. I would come back to stay again.

The overall experience at sofital Ambassador Hotel was exceptional , the location of the Hotel was close to nearly everything a Huge Lotte world Mall, the street food , a very nice and breathtaking walking area

The location of the hotel was only 10 minutes walk to Lotte World where we enjoyed a day in the part. Right next to the hotel was the Lotte Mall where you could basically find all types of shops from luxury brands to Korean popular shops. Food nearby was also fatastic. The hotel and the room were very clean and new. Staff was warm and welcoming. We also enjoyed the pool at the hotel a lot.

The location is perfect for staying in the Seoul Lotte World Park area. Breakfast was European-style, and I liked it, but it was a little expensive. The staff members are polite and speak perfect English; communicating in the staying area was easy. There is a nice Non-smoking area around the hotel. Additionally, their elevator organization is wise; for example, hotel guests don't mix with other restaurant guests. Breakfast continues until 10.30 a.m

The staff is very professional, very helpful and well English spoken as for location the hotel is next to huge mall which provides all essentials while there is beautiful park on lake in front of the hotel which beautiful for morning walk if the weather helps. The hotel is located around 30 min by car to the old town, but I'm glad we stayed that far as the hotel located in quite area and high class

This is our second time staying at Sofitel. We liked it very much at the first time as a couple and decided to stay with my family again as I thought it would be great with kids. I like the view of the lake and overall style of the hotel. We booked prestige suite with family room and prestige suite with lounge. Room was spacious but sadly the view is actually better when you stay luxury lake room which you have both lake and lotte tower but suite has direct lake view only which personally I prefer lotte tower view. Overall great.

This is our second time staying at Sofitel ambassador Seoul. ‘Seukchon lake’ view from the room is beautiful and so unique. The hotel is located in Jamsil which is within gangnam however there t is quite far from mainstream of gangnam but Jamsil has lots of attractions such as lotte world, lotte world mall /department store, lively food district called ‘Bang-i food street and ‘Song-ri Dan gil ‘ the lake is beautiful just strolling around and beautiful if you visit spring time with cherry blossoms. loved the first time we stayed and decided to stay with my family this time. We booked Family 1 King Bed With Sofabed Suite, Lake View ( which they upgraded us to extra bed instead of sofa bed , that was lovely) And prestige suit with club access. Room was spacious and stylish. However the view from these are directly lake view which some might prefer. But we liked the master king room that we stayed previous time as that room has lotte tower and lake view. It’s personal preference. We had dinner at fish market nearby one evening which is a great experience. Overall lovely hotel.
