It was a very comfortable and beautiful stay, with excellent layout (very spacious for the 3 of us in the corner Manifique Family room, including 3 large suitcases) in a soothing, luxurious colour scheme for my frazzled self and sufficient plugs where you need them (my two teens have lots of devices to charge up!). Beds were comfortable, smart room devices (tap on screen to request for amenities etc), excellent shower facilities/pressure. Even little things e.g. lots of hangers in two cupboards so I didn't have to call housekeeping to send more like in other hotels. Location was great for Lotte World and its associated malls; really walking distance of a few mins to the mall/underground sub and about 10-15 mins to the theme park. Staff was easy to communicate with, gave great help in recommendations and proactively writing down addresses in Korean; housekeeper was very thorough in daily cleaning and fast with ad hoc requests. The pools and spa were also looking good, but you'd have to book pool slots in advance!

Excellent service and location. The hotel is right in front of the lake (very nice for walking) and shopping malls and so many places to eat. Also, if you want to take subway, it's 5 minutes to the staton. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it had a small kitchen and a washing machine. I also had a nice lake view and The Lotte World. All the furniture was very modern and the bathroom was pretty big.

the hotel is brand-new and service is better than in certain luxury hotel of Seoul. staff is extremely helpful and professional. very nice amenities such as 24/24 gym, swimming pool, good cafe / restaurant. I highly recommend and will stay again there Merci to all the great staff of Sofitel Ambassador Seoul you are true to what hospitality service should always be.

We stayed with the view of Lake and lotte tower ( signiel) The view is just breathtaking we loved it so much! And the room is very spacious and luxe! We generally ended the stay fitness club and swimming pool is great amazing view from everywhere. Breakfast was fabulous too.
